No one is happier than me that strawberry season now extends all the way into November and December! From Strawberry Pancakes to Strawberry Peach Guacamole to Strawberry Kiwi Cupcakes, I’m a huge fan of the little red fruit!
I’m loving this sweet and simple appetizer for holiday parties! To be honest, I’m pretty much a fan of anything I can make for a holiday party in 10 minutes that comes out this delicious!
You can even make the bruschetta ahead of time, place it in the refrigerator and simply toast the baguette and top when guests begin to arrive!
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Enzo Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 oz goat cheese
- 1 baguette (sliced)
In a small bowl combine the strawberries, vinegar, olive oil and fresh basil.
Lightly toast the baguette, then spread the goat cheese on each slice. Top with the strawberry balsamic bruschetta and serve!
Beautiful presentation, delicious flavors AND super simple?! I’m in!
